In this workshop Sadie will take you through a series of exercises and drills that will break down ther technique and her drum solo secrets like "Pops" and "Locks" to help you develop sharper more defined isolations necessary for fast drum solo choreographies.

11am-2pm TRIBAL BELLYDANCE (part 1) - Drilling new steps, with snappy combos, dynamic faster moves, and slower mesmerizing moves. Tribal influenced but good for fusion styles as well. Includes dancing in duets. Mixed level
3pm-6pm TRIBAL BELLYDANCE (part 2) - Taking our tribal-inspired steps and learning how to change leaders and formation, using several formations for dynamic variations. Dancing together as a group. Feel the synchronistic and improvisational magic of tribal! Mixed level
