More than 70 min class, this is from a series and this one is focused on backbending. Demostrations in the dvd are made by both teachers...with their cats;-). The cd has the same exercises explained by voice with the music. I found this very very useful and easy to follow but first of all it was a great surprise for me to see that the dvd has a whole chapter dedicated to animals and the importance of a vegetarian/better vegan diet and life. This is truly the first step to anything you do, I think, not only yoga or dancing. So I felt to suggest this lovely work wishing to let some more dancers thinking about go vegan before trying to backbend like her idol dancers ;-)) - Claudia , posted 08/08/07 |
